Stamped Concrete (New Pour)

PHASE 1 | BASE COLOR & STAMP

  • By the first day of the project, Stain & Stamp should have either met with the client or builder to determine stamp pattern and coloring options.

  • Stain & Stamp will provide the base (integral) color, stamps, top (release) color, and sealer.

  • We will meet with concrete contractor on site to be sure we add the color to the truck at the right time for the project.

  • Concrete contractors will pour, screed, float, edge and mop the concrete before leaving the project to us.

  • We will apply chosen stamp to surface in the exact time window to be sure maximum texture. 

  • TIME = 1 day

PHASE 2 | ANTIQUE & SEAL

  • Clean out and touch up texture lines. (If applicable)

  • Pressure wash surface to clean

  • Tape off finished home, walls, rock, etc. 

  • Spray on determined release color and allow to dry

  • Spray on first coat of sealer

  • Roll on second and possible third coat.

  • TIME= 1-2 days

Garage Floor Epoxy

PHASE 1 | PREP & BASE COAT

  • Grind surface using a concrete grinding machine to open pores of the concrete.

  • Clean surface after grinding to ensure maximum bonding

  • Tape off paint and trim to protect from epoxy

  • Roll down epoxy base coat and broadcast color chips into epoxy

  • TIME = 1 to 2 day(s)

PHASE 2 | REMOVE EXCESS FLAKES & SEAL

  • Scrape off and sweep out excess flakes 

  • Roll down epoxy sealer

  • TIME = 1 day

**IMPORTANT NOTE**

  • Epoxy products take 3-5 days to arrive after being ordered so picking a color ahead of time and scheduling need to be well organized to meet deadlines. Product CANNOT be shipped overnight or priority due to hazardous materials.
